After being very fustrated with not being able to keep the hottest P4 cool, I decided, If an A/C can cool me down, It can do the same for the PC. Just don't fall asleep with this setup, or you'll wake up to a PC full of condensation. 
I used this setup untill I bought a Zalman 9500. It was my first heatsink to use heatpipes, and it proved its worth. After installing that, the CPU ran at normal temps, without the use of an 8,000 BTU A/C.
